3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging the services of Fine Tech Services LLC , you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the performance of the services.
  • Respond promptly to requests for approvals, feedback, content, or other materials required to complete the project.
  • Pay all fees, charges, and invoices in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
  • Use our services lawfully and refrain from any activity that may interfere with, disrupt, or misuse the services provided.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule and terms agreed upon between the parties.
  • We accept payment through approved methods, including but not limited to credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified by the Company.
  • Services are considered delivered once the agreed-upon work has been completed and provided to the Client.
  • Due to the nature of digital and professional services, all fees paid are non-refundable after service delivery.
  • Any request for a partial refund may be considered solely at the Company’s discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The Company’s decision regarding refunds shall be final.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All work products, materials, designs, content, code, and deliverables created by the Company shall remain the property of Fine Tech Services LLC until full payment has been received.
  • Upon receipt of full payment, ownership rights to the final deliverables shall transfer to the Client, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
  • The Company reserves the right to display completed projects, designs, and deliverables in its portfolio, marketing materials, and promotional content unless the Client requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion.

6. Confidentiality

The Company respects the confidentiality of its Clients’ information. Any non-public business, financial, technical, or proprietary information shared with us will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s consent, except where disclosure is required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fine Tech Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
  • The Company does not guarantee specific business, advertising, marketing, financial, or commercial results.
  • The Company’s total liability for any claim arising from the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service relationship by providing written notice to the other party.
  • Upon termination, the Client shall remain responsible for payment of all services rendered, work completed, and expenses incurred up to the effective date of termination.
  • Any provisions intended to survive termination, including confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability provisions, shall remain in effect.

9. Third-Party Services

The Company may utilize or recommend third-party platforms, tools, software, advertising networks, hosting providers, or service providers, including but not limited to Google Ads, social media platforms, and analytics services. The Company is not responsible for the performance, availability, policies, actions, or terms of any third-party service and disclaims liability arising from their use.

10. Changes to These Terms

Fine Tech Services LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication or notification. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina.
