Fine Tech Services Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our work, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced.
Service Cancellation
You may cancel our service at any time by providing written notice (via text message or email). While we will cease future payments, no refund or prorated payout will be issued for the current month.
Conditions for No Refund
No refunds will be granted if:
- You do not follow Fine Tech Services advice and approvals for specific “White Hat” changes, including SEO research methods, web content alterations, keyword optimization, webpage analysis methods, website connectivity, and structure.
- You engage another SEO company or undertake SEO work on your website concurrently with our contract term.
- You fail to provide necessary web access for SEO purposes, or if your website is inactive or not operating correctly.
- You have approved the mock-up designs, and the project has moved into the testing stages.
- The project has been inactive, neglected, or vacant for more than 30 days.
Special Event Services
Cancellations for special event-related services arranged by our sales team are strictly not accommodated without at least 30 days’ prior notice. These are limited-time offers.
SEO and Online Marketing Packages
While Optimization for Search Engines (SEO) and other online marketing packages are non-refundable, you may cancel by providing 15 days’ written notice in advance.
